Browning sleeping bags was founded by a famous designer named John M. Browning. This product has provided good service, reliability and quality for more than 125 years. Other browning products that give a superior quality include camping bags, footwear, archery and apparel.

Browning sleeping bags are classified by activity. One should consider first the type of activity so he or she will be able to know what kind of sleeping bag is the best to use. There are sleeping bags available for scouting, family camping, backpacking and hunting. You also have to consider the type of bag to be used, depending on the weather conditions, type of areas, season, and kind of terrain and so on. Check the ratings of the temperature for you to know what kind of sleeping bags will match them.

Transportation

Mummy sleeping bags are meant to be packed into stuff sacks, which are usually supplied with the bag. Slide the main zipper of the bag about three-quarters open, then stuff it into the sack. If your bag is down sleeping bags, keep it away from liquids and protect it in a waterproof bag (or garbage bag in a pinch) if it rains.

Care of Your Sleeping Bag

Sleeping bags should be stored dry and loose, not in the stuff sack. They also need to be washed periodically, preferably by hand, with mild soap or specially formulated sleeping bag wash. Help keep the bag clean on the outside by using a clean pad, and on the inside by wearing extra layers to bed or by using a sleeping bag liner. Note that both of these options will add to the warmth rating of the bag.
