By now you’ve probably taken note of the importance of choosing well-insulated, temperature-rated sleeping bags for camping trips. But a thick, sweltering bag isn’t necessarily the best bet in every situation. When kids are still in elementary school, they often enjoy slumber parties – watching movies or playing games at friends’ houses and “camping out” on the living room floor.
For obvious reasons, a downy sleeping bag might not be necessary for such occasions. A lightweight, breathable bag is more appropriate; these items are sometimes called slumber bags. Young children tend to put more credence in the design of the kids sleeping bags, so you might be best served to select one with a particular theme or a color scheme that stands out.
Sleeping bags for kids come in there favorite team mascot. They can go to sleep showing there team passion. These are made for indoor use only and not waterproof. They display mascot head arms and feet and come with teams colors and logos.
